Diederich Wessel Linden (fl.1746-1768, d. 1769)
Diederich Wessel Linden was an immigrant from Germany. He was a medical practitioner with an interest in mineral wells and mining. Linden produced several first studies of the medicinal value and use of mineral springs in Wales and England. He also published extensively on mining in Wales and England. He died and was buried in Shrewsbury.
