A collection of food related images. My interest in food stems from my background growing up on a farm in West Wales where I leaned to appreciate the journey from field to fork and then subsequently training as a professional Chef in 1974. However these days I enjoy researching old recipes and food heritage in general, comparing that with the current trends in eating and cooking.
