Following the Flame
A celebration of Wales at the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Following the Flame Project was led for the nation by Wrexham Heritage Service, in partnership with National Library of Wales, City and County of Swansea, Bridgend County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council, Ucheldre Centre Anglesey, CARAD Rhayader and St Thomas Community Primary School, Swansea.
