View of St Thomas' Church, Neath, 19th century

Description

St Thomas' church was built in the 13th century, although the oldest surviving part is the base of the tower, shown here, which is 14th century. In 1691 the tower was made taller with the addition of stone from Neath Abbey, visible in the photograph.
