Description
A formal portrait of Mr Lloyd the watchmaker, who managed to find the time to have his picture taken at his shop in Welshpool in the early 1900s. He sold wedding rings and jewellery, repaired clocks and watches, fitted replacement glasses to timepieces, and was an optician as well.
