The Boat House & Gro at Builth Wells, early 20th century

Description

A rather enthusiastically hand-tinted postcard view of the Boathouse on the riverside area known as the Gro (or Groe) at Builth Wells. When 'taking the waters' was still fashionable in the district, hiring rowing boats was one of the healthy outdoor pursuits available to visitors.
