The Glanne Wells at Builth Wells, c. 1900

Description

The attractive setting of Glanne Wells just outside the market town of Builth Wells. This was one of the two mineral water springs in the area. However, Builth never achieved the success of Llandrindod Wells a few miles to the north in attracting substantial numbers of visitors during the vogue for spa holidays. The pavilion next to the pump house can be seen through the trees.
