Plas Winton Square in the spa town of Llandrindod Wells in the early 1900s, when the fashion for 'Taking the waters' was still bringing large numbers of visitors to stay at the many large hotels. Early motor cars parked alongside horsedrawn carriages are seen waiting to transport passengers to the springs, the boating lake, and other attractions.
