Duke of Clarence at Brecon, 1890
Description
The visit of the Duke of Clarence to open the agricultural show at Brecon on 16th September, 1890. The Bulwark in the centre of the town was temporarily transformed with raised platforms and ceremonial banners for a grand reception for the Duke.
