The "Zent" Torpedoed.

Second Officer or the s.s. "Zent," torpedoed at night without warning by the Germans. Fifty of the crew were drowned. Captain Hughes was one of ten survivors who clung for nearly three hours to an upturned boat before they were rescued by a British ship.
