Aberystwyth Sergeant on the "Leinster."

Sergeant BOB JONES, son of Mr Joseph Jones, College House, formerly employed at Messrs. Roberts and Evans Offices; was coming home from Limerick on leave on the "Leinster" when she was torpedoed with great loss of life. Sergt. Jones was in the water for three hours before he was picked up by a British destroyer. (Photo: Davies and Son).
