Wales and World Peace 1935-1936
Description
The 1935-1936 annual report for the Welsh LNU. The report explained the ‘great anxiety and strain’ that the League of Nations and the League of Nations Union encountered that year (p. 7). It is the first annual report to have the title 'Wales and World Peace'. The altering of the title indicated the anxiety of the Welsh LNU. However, the report showed that membership of adult and junior branches increased despite the international situation.
