Description
The 1937-1938 annual report of the Executive Committee to the Welsh National Council of the League of Nations Union. The report summarised the year as ‘the most difficult period in its history’. Adult and junior membership reduced drastically. This was matched in the reduction of branches. (pp. 13-16). The report concluded with a summary of international events by Gwilym Davies. The Spanish Civil War, Anti-Comintern Pact and dispute between China and Japan was discussed in this section.
