Wales and World Peace 1938-1939
Description
The 1938-1939 annual report of the Executive Committee to the Welsh National Council of the League of Nations Union. In November 1938, the Temple of Peace and Health opened in Cardiff. The report included a detailed account of the opening ceremony and its contribution to the work of the Welsh LNU (pp. 5- 12). Photographs of the Temple featured near the front and rear cover. This was the final report produced before the outbreak of the Second World War.
