The 1940-1941 annual report of the Executive Committee to the Welsh National Council of the League of Nations Union. It was the second issue since the outbreak of the Second World War. The Welsh League of Nations continued to decrease in size. The number of council staff was reduced and workers of the office released. Branches carried on promoting internationalism and the League, but continued to reduce in size. Throughout 1940-1941, the topic of international education continued as a topic for discussion in Wales.
The initials 'GD' (p. 9) are that of Gwilym Davies who produced this edition of the annual report.
