FIRST CLASS PETTY OFFICER RICHARD WILLIAMS, Barmouth,
Second son of Mrs. Williams, 3, Cambrianstreet, H.M.S. "Superb," has served in the Navy fourteen years and has two medals for Somaliland and Persian Gulf actions.
