This pamphlet recorded the minutes of the eighteenth annual meeting of the Welsh National Council of the League of Nations Union. It was the first time the Welsh League of Nations Union had met since 1939. This meeting in October 1945 was the final time the Welsh National Council met before it was dissolved. The Welsh National Council of the United Nations Association (UNA) was established in its place. This report provided the minutes of the inaugural meeting of the Welsh UNA.
