This is an audio clip from an interview with Adrian Jacobs where he discusses the Shechita (slaughtering of certain mammals and birds for food according to kashrut, cf. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shechita) service in Cardiff and the Rabbis who used to officiate it.

In his interview, Adrian remembers his childhood in the south Wales Jewish community in great deal, and discusses his current prominent role in the North-West London Jewish community.
