This is an audio clip from an interview with Stanley Soffa where he talks about his mother keeping a Kosher home, and the difficulties of having a Kosher lifestyle in Cardiff in the present.

In his interview, Stanley talks about his time as a lawyer for a number of law firms in Cardiff and Newport, and later, as a member of the Crown Prosecution Service. He also discusses his family history, his role in establishing the Interfaith Council and the importance of interfaith dialogue in Cardiff.
