Ysgoldy, Cwmystwyth
Description
The Duke of Newcastle, owner of the Hafod Estate, had Ysgoldy built in 1837 as a school. By 1861 the school had closed and, since then, the building has been used as housing. It has been renamed Hafod Lodge although it is still known locally as Ysgoldy.
