Chapter 2 - The 1919 Racial Riots Project UK TImeline 1919
Description
This is the second in our series of podcast episodes examining and explaining the events and circumstances of the June 1919 Race Riots in Wales. This is a timeline of the events in the UK in 1919 that were precursors to a potential revolution. Striking soldiers, strikes, the creation of an independent Ireland, mutinies and white mobs attacking black and minority people across the UK.
The British Government were afraid of a Bolshevik uprising in 1919 in the UK and it very nearly happened.
