This was one of the first Cascarini (Joe’s) cafes in Swansea, where they teamed up with the Capaldis for this venture. The café was situated at Brynhyfryd. The family ran the café until fairly recently, possibly the 1980s. Many of the Capaldis went to Scotland, including links with Peter Capaldi and Lewis Capaldi.
