These photographs were sent to us by Caroline Sansome of her Grade 2 listed farmhouse which belongs to the Penrhyn Estate. It is called Tan y Marian and is located at Talybont, Bangor in Gwynedd. The famous Welsh minister Edward Stephens lived there in the 1800s. He died in 1885 aged 63 and 2,000 people came to the house for his funeral. He is buried in a chapel cemetery in Talybont with his wife and young son.
