Journey from Carmarthen to Aberystwyth in 1964
Description
One of the last journeys ever made on the railway line from Carmarthen to Aberystwyth filmed in September 1964 including the branch lines to Castell Newydd Emlyn and Aberaeron. The line closed to passengers in February 1965. With thanks to Michael Clemens Railways for the kind permission to use this footage as part of the Traws Link Cymru campaign to reinstate the line.
