The building below, now used as a garage, was once the local school for the rural village of Cwmdu in the valley of Afon Rhian-goll in south Breconshire. The school was founded by the Reverend Thomas Price whose bardic name was Carnhuanawc.

The front of the building is down a narrow lane, leading to a stone bridge over the river.
