Cardiff International Airport Rhoose, Glamorgan

Description

Photography by John Ball - 9th February 1998 (with Agfa ePhoto307 digital camera)

Cardiff Airport began as a Royal Air Force airfield, but has developed into a small, but modern commercial airport with an increasing international sector in its flight schedules. The airport now (in 1998) handles over 1.2 million passengers per year.
