The Engineer did not take him ^ George Turner up
but will prove that as he was going with the
other men in the trams to Tredegar he overtook
& passed Geo[rge] Turner by the Full Moon between
Stricklands and he was then coming up the Tram
Road- Geo[rge] Turner is a member of the Odd Fellows
and is well known to the Engineer.
