Cragen Beca: Conch shell associated with the Rebecca Riots

Description

This conch shell is one of the few tangible remnants of the Rebecca Riots. Family tradition has it (and there was eyewitness testimony at the time) that the conch was blown as a call to action by the rioters at Talog. The conch was subsequently kept hidden by the family.
