Over the 2019 Christmas period with the Mari Lwyd! In collaboration with Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Delun & Sophie worked together to bring this ancient folk tradition to life in North Pembrokeshire. Two “tours” were organised, in which local pubs were visited including the Ramp Inn, Cilgerran & the Tafarn Sinc, Rosebush. The crew of the Mari sang traditional Welsh folk songs (often succeeding in persuading the audience of the public house to join in). In between the singing, Delun told stories about the tradition of the Mari Lwyd and other local folk traditions.
