Victorian Figurines from Abercynon

Description

Group of figurines, most likely of Victorian date, found in the river near St Thomas, the Catholic Church, in Abercynon in 1939. While removing deposits from the riverbed for a dam, Mr Watkins came across a leather bag containing several carved stone figurines.
