Bryn Meredith was a hooker who played for Newport and London Welsh. He earned 34 caps for Wales between 1954 and 1962.
One of his greatest games was on the Lions' South African tour of 1955, when he was one of five Welshmen in the Lions' pack which took on and beat the South Africans in front of 95,000 people.
