Description
Terry Cobner played for Pontypool and earned 19 caps as a flanker for the Welsh team between 1974 and 1978.
He captained Pontypool in 1969-70 for the first of nine consecutive seasons and was first capped against Scotland. He missed the following season through injury, but returned to captain Wales in 1976-77.
