This programme of performances for May 1938 shows the variety of productions shown at the Colwyn Bay Repertory Theatre. The theatre manager, Stanley Ravenscroft, ran a company which was a blend of experienced, talented actors and actresses and enthusiastic newcomers to the stage. The 'rep' at Colwyn Bay performed plays by well-known playwrights such as J. B. Priestley, Somerset Maugham, George Bernard Shaw and Ronald Gow.
