The record of proceedings from Wales' UN 25th Anniversary Committee Meeting on 29 June 1972, where the organisations and individuals involved agreed for that body to become the Standing Conference (main governing body) for the proposed new Welsh Centre for International Affairs (WCIA). Based at Wales' Temple fo Peace & Health in Cardiff, the WCIA was formally opened in October 1973 by Foreign Office Minister Lady Tweedsmuir alongside the Rt Hon Edward Davies, son of the Temple's founder David Davies of Llandinam.
