John was the son of John Davies and Jane Watson who married in 1852 at Halkyn church. Annie's father was John Price. The couple married on 17th April 1897 at Pentre Halkyn, daughter Elizabeth Anne (Lizzie) born 1899 at Halkyn. She died in 1955 at Halkyn. John lived until 1938, Annie died in 1934.
