By the end of the nineteenth century, Llandeilo had its fair share of performance venues, such as the chapels, the Civic Hall (or Drill Hall / Victoria Hall), Market Hall, and St Teilo's Church. These hosted countless concerts, fundraisers, and eisteddfodau, which drew audiences from far and wide. This is a programme of a Sacred Concert held at the Market Hall in Llandilo / Llandeilo on Sunday, 19 July 1931. The Accompanists were Miss Nancy Jones LRAM, Llandeilo, and Mr R. J. Evans, Aberayron / Aberaeron; the Chairman was the local Councillor H. W. Griffiths, Gwili Hotel, Llandeilo.
