Gilman Point is the promontary between Pendine beach and Morfa Bychan beach, Carmarthenshire. The photographer, Alexander Pearson held the lease on the Boat House, Laugharne between 1893 and 1905 when he died. Pearson was a solicitor from Westmoreland who spent a lot of time holidaying in Laugharne.
