Windsor Quay is an area of Southern Cardiff located to the south of Channel View and South Grangetown, and on the west bank of the River Taff. It is primarily made up of new houses and apartments constructed in the 1990s on the site of the Windsor Slipway and Graving docks and a former Road Transport Depot.
