I wanted to settle down onto a surface, a map perhaps. So I
began to copy out everything that was said. Nature forms, slowly etching in T.I.M.E with each sentence,
except there are no fixed edges, which allows us to move
with the map, with our beetles, with our ice-age ferns. Our
community kite is above us, "pointing to, not touching, more
like highlighting, allowing for a mutual awareness between
ourselves and our beloved mountains", said Sarah.
These fragments draw together the many voices I engaged with
in the community of Eryri. They are part document, part
reflection, and part ongoing.
