Cardiff Arms Park, 1933

Description

Cardiff Arms Park served as the Welsh National Rugby Stadium nearly thirty years until 1997, but its rugby history dates back to 1881 when stands were first erected on the site. The 1933 view shows Temperance Town in the foreground shortly before its demolition by Cardiff Corporation to make way for a bus station.
