My dear Gordon

I meant to send the
Bridges before this, but you will
probably get it now in a day or two-
There is not much to be said for
this 'Swinburne' except that it
is necessary for me to live, but it
is yours with my love. Muirhead
Bone has been here 2 days looking
for houses in the brief intervals
of his conversation - he is brining
his family here for the sake of the school.
Of course I might have run over
again to you, but I will before long
either on the 16th or so or during
the week before. Perhaps you would tell
me what days I had best avoid. On the
15th or 16th probably I shall be bicycling
to town. I could call on the way. If
however it is wet I could come by train.
I got my train comfortably. Hw
have you been getting in?
Yours & Emily's ever
Edward Thomas
