Description
This picture shows how population numbers of numerous rural villages have changed over the last century. It is a photograph of the Rhospeiran area of Cwmystwyth showing the names of the 26 cottages in that area. Today (2026) there are only 12 still in habitable condition - and 6 of those are holiday homes.
