Monica was inspired to create the fabric collage for the Cutting Edge Textile Group St Fagans themed project that ran throughout 2024. It was inspired by an exhibition that was running at St Fagans during that year. The exhibition was about Wales links to the Empire. The collage  focuses on the 19 Century inhabitants of St Fagans Castle - Harriet Windsor and the Hon Robert Henry Clive who was the grandson of Robert (Clive of India). The work was included in the Cutting Edge Textile Groups exhibition at the Gweithdy Gallery, St Fagans Museum in April 2025, which celebarted Global Intergenerational Week
