The entries begin at number 3431 and finish at 3060417, and note the species of bird, the age and details of their rearing (e.g. whether they were reared at Orielton). The left side of a double spread notes the ringing details, if the bird has been recovered, the right side outlines the recovery details, including date and location of recovery. Species included are the Mallard, Coot, Wigeon, Pintail, Tufted, Shoveller, Pochard amongst others. The book is incomplete, and contains notes from Saunders offering contextual information inside.
