This photograph was taken during the years Ron and Enid Haines farmed Abernant in Kemeys Inferior, Monmouthshire. Between 1965 and 1969, they shared the house with two guests, Christine and Hugh. It was Christine who captured this image, standing on the very ground where the A449 trunk road would later cut through this historic farm.
