Swyddfa'r Post yng Nghaerdydd?

Description

This collection of letters from Ann Clwyd's files were written between 24 March and 23 May 1984. Steffan Webb, the secretary of the Cardiff branch of Cymdeithas yr Iaith Gymraeg wrote to the director of the postal services in Wales concerning the provision of bilingual and Welsh language services by the postal service to its customers. This letter in Welsh was covered by a short introductory letter written in English in which Steffan requested a prompt reply in Welsh. Copies of this letter were also sent to the Post Office Users Council and the Public Relations Officer and James Callaghan MP.
