On the afternoon of Wednesday Jan 15 1958 there was a visit to the SWS Treforest Factory by 100 wives of the Factory workers. Afetr gathering for light refershments the party split into small groups each with a giude for the tour. After the visit the ladies assembled back in the canteen and were joined by their husbands. Sir Alfred Nicholas gave a welcome speech to the assembled group to finish the day.
