Clydach Carnival Queen 1938
Description
In 1938 Rachel Johnson (née Jones) was elected Clydach Carnival Queen at the Globe Theatre in Clydach. Her parents were not pleased initially. She caught a bus to Swansea with her auntie and bought a dress there. Rachel was born in July 1920
