Ynyslas National Nature Reserve, Dyfi Embankment
Description
The saltmarsh and sand banks of the Dyfi estuary were used as a test firing range for rockets and early prototype guided missiles at the World War II. In amongst the wild beauty of the landscape, there are clues to this military past.
