A photograph of James Alexander wearing his uniform which was taken in Alexandria in 1917. James Alexander Atkins was born on 25 July 1898 and passed away in the year 1974. He became a cadet on 22 Feb 1917. He graduated from the Royal Air Force on 1 Apr 1918 and was deployed to Egypt on 4 Oct 1917 (presumably mid training).
